Hotel Pickup: Between 08:30 – 10:00 AM directly at your hotel in central Hoi An.
10:15 – 11:15: Tour Hoi An Central Market. Browse vibrant stalls filled with fresh herbs, spices, and local produce while your guide explains the essential ingredients of Central Vietnamese cuisine.
11:30 – 14:30: Join a fun and informative hands-on Vietnamese Cooking Class at a highly-rated local cooking school. Under the guidance of an experienced chef, you will prepare three signature dishes: fresh spring rolls, Cao Lầu, and crispy Bánh Xèo. Enjoy the meal you created for lunch.
15:00 – 17:00: Embark on a guided Ancient Town Food Walk. Wander through the charming streets of Hoi An Ancient Town, stopping at hidden eateries and family-run spots to taste authentic local delicacies such as White Rose dumplings, chicken rice, and more.
17:30 – 19:30: Enjoy a magical Lantern Night Stroll through the Ancient Town. Admire thousands of colorful silk lanterns glowing along the Thu Bon River, visit the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge, Phung Hung House, and experience the enchanting evening ambiance of Hoi An.
19:45 – 20:15: Comfortable private transfer to Da Nang International Airport. Tour concludes upon arrival at the airport.

Children Policy: Child 5–11 years old = 75% of adult rate. Child under 5 years old = Free of charge (FOC, sharing seat and meals with parents). Children taller than 1 meter will pay full entrance fees where applicable.
