10:30 – 11:30: Arrive in Cho Lon and begin with a visit to Thien Hau Temple (Tue Thanh Assembly Hall), one of the oldest and most beautiful Chinese temples in Vietnam. Admire the intricate carvings, incense-filled halls, and learn about the worship of the Sea Goddess Mazu.

11:45 – 12:45: Explore Binh Tay Market, the beating heart of Chinatown. Wander through thousands of stalls offering everything from fresh produce, dried goods, textiles, to traditional souvenirs in this iconic wholesale market.

13:00 – 14:00: Enjoy a delicious Chinese-Vietnamese fusion lunch at a local restaurant in Chinatown, featuring fresh seafood, dim sum, and local specialties.
