The following items and services are not included in the tour package provided by Legend Travel Group:

International Airfare to Hanoi and from Siem Reap: Flights to Hanoi (Vietnam) and from Siem Reap (Cambodia) and any associated airport taxes are not covered.

Pre and Post Tour Accommodation: Accommodation before or after the tour is not included.

Beverages and Other Meals: Any meals or beverages not specified in the tour program (e.g., 16 breakfasts, 10 lunches, 1 dinner) are excluded.

Visa Fees to Vietnam and Cambodia: Visa fees for Vietnam and Cambodia, if applicable, are the responsibility of the traveler. For Vietnam, a passport must be valid for at least 6 months; tourist visas are required for most nationalities, with e-visas costing USD 25 for single entry or USD 50 for multiple entries (up to 90 days), or visa exemptions for some (e.g., 15-45 days for certain nationalities); travelers should verify requirements with the respective embassies. For Cambodia, most visitors can obtain a tourist visa on arrival or an e-visa for USD 30, valid for 30 days with one entry (extendable once for 30 days); an e-Arrival Card must be completed online within 7 days prior to arrival at no charge. Overstaying in either country may result in fines, detention, or deportation.

Tipping/Gratuities: Gratuities for guides, drivers, or other staff are at the traveler’s discretion and not covered. Tipping is customary in Vietnam and Cambodia, with suggested amounts of USD 5-10 per day per person for guides in Vietnam and USD 8-12 per day per person for guides in Cambodia, adjusted based on service quality.

Single Supplement Fees: Additional fees for single occupancy accommodations are excluded.

Unforeseen Expenses: Any additional costs due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters (e.g., typhoons, floods), flight delays, rescheduling, cancellations, accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes, or similar events, are not included. Medical evacuation costs can be significant, and travelers are advised to secure appropriate insurance.
