Full Itinerary
This specially designed private tour combines Hanoi’s iconic historical sites with the enchanting evening street life of the Old Quarter. Because the Ho Chi Minh Complex closes early, we visit it first upon arrival from the airport, then continue with cultural highlights and end with a memorable evening experience.
Airport Pickup: Between 06:30 – 08:30 AM at Noi Bai International Airport (flexible according to your flight arrival). Our representative will wait with a name sign in the arrival hall.
09:30 – 11:00: Visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex right after arriving in the city. Pay respects at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and explore the iconic One Pillar Pagoda, the humble stilt houses, and the peaceful gardens of Ba Dinh Square.
11:15 – 12:00: Continue to Tran Quoc Pagoda, the oldest Buddhist pagoda in Hanoi, located on a scenic island in West Lake.
12:15 – 13:15: Enjoy a delicious Vietnamese lunch at a reputable local restaurant.
13:45 – 14:45: Visit Temple of Literature (Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam), Vietnam’s first national university founded in 1070.
15:00 – 16:00: Tour Hoa Lo Prison, known as the “Hanoi Hilton” during the Vietnam War.
16:30 – 18:00: Immerse yourself in the bustling Old Quarter with a relaxing traditional cyclo ride through the ancient 36 streets, experiencing the vibrant local life.
18:15 – 19:15: Watch the famous Water Puppet Show – a unique Vietnamese traditional art performance with puppets dancing on water, accompanied by live folk music.

This Private Tour is available only from Tuesday to Sunday (closed on Mondays and Fridays for Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum).
The itinerary is flexible and can be adjusted based on your exact flight arrival time.
Children Policy: Child 5–11 years old = 75% of adult rate. Child under 5 years old = Free of charge (FOC, sharing seat and meals with parents). Children taller than 1 meter will pay full entrance fees where applicable.
All sites and activities in this tour are open on the operating days.
