This exclusive private full-day Military Heritage & Citadel tour provides a deep and well-organized exploration of Vietnam’s military history and ancient royal heritage. Your dedicated guide and private vehicle will pick you up from your central Hanoi hotel and lead you through the most significant historical sites in the most efficient order.

Hotel Pickup: Between 08:00 – 09:00 AM directly at your hotel in central Hanoi (within 10 km radius of Hoan Kiem Lake).

09:15 – 10:45: Visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex first (due to early closing). Pay respects at the Mausoleum, admire the iconic One Pillar Pagoda, explore the stilt houses where Ho Chi Minh lived and worked, and enjoy the peaceful gardens.

11:00 – 12:15: Continue to the Vietnam Military History Museum. Marvel at the impressive outdoor collection of tanks, planes, helicopters, and artillery, along with detailed indoor exhibits on Vietnam’s military history.

12:30 – 13:30: Enjoy a delicious Vietnamese lunch at a reputable local restaurant.

This Private Full Day Military Heritage & Citadel Tour is available only from Tuesday to Sunday (closed on Mondays and Fridays for Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum).

The itinerary is flexible and can be gently adjusted based on your preferences and energy level.

Children Policy: Child 5–11 years old = 75% of adult rate. Child under 5 years old = Free of charge (FOC, sharing seat and meals with parents). Children taller than 1 meter will pay full entrance fees where applicable.

All sites in this tour are open on the operating days.
