    • Travel Insurance: Travelers are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance. Comprehensive coverage is strongly recommended, including for medical emergencies and trip cancellations, as medical evacuation costs can reach six figures.

    • Personal Expenses: Costs such as laundry, telephone calls, shopping, or other personal expenditures are not included.

    • Tipping/Gratuities: Gratuities for guides, drivers, or other staff are at the traveler’s discretion and not covered. Tipping is customary in Vietnam, with suggested amounts of USD 5-10 per day per person for guides, adjusted based on service quality.

    • Single Supplement Fees: Additional fees for single occupancy accommodations are excluded.

    • Unforeseen Expenses: Any additional costs due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters (e.g., typhoons, floods), flight delays, rescheduling, cancellations, accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes, or similar events, are not included. Medical evacuation costs can be significant, and travelers are advised to secure appropriate insurance.

For a seamless travel experience, please plan accordingly for these exclusions.
