Known for its lush orchards and rice fields that supply grains for Vietnam, My Tho offers a picturesque setting.

Explore one or two islands famous for traditional handicrafts, such as coconut candy and bee farms.     We booked this tour package to save our money because we are retired, and it was the right choice. After the organised part we extended our trip in Vietnam longer on our own. The quality was good, the price was good and the experience was good from start to finish. We covered Ho Chi Minh City, the Mekong at My Tho, Hanoi, the Halong Bay overnight cruise and the peaceful Mai Chau Valley. We had a lot of fun with the local guides, who were friendly, patient and always ready to help. Thank you Legend and TourRadar for making a comfortable, well-organised week that fitted our budget and still felt complete. It was an easy way to see the highlights before travelling independently.         Low budget but very high quality. We loved Ba Khan Village Mountain Resort in Mai Chau – quiet hills and a beautiful stay. Halong Bay was so amazing on the overnight cruise. Saigon, My Tho and Hanoi rounded out a strong seven days. Great value without feeling cheap. Highly recommend this Vietnam saver itinerary!
