Hotel Pickup: Between 08:30 – 10:00 AM directly at your hotel in central Saigon (District 1 recommended).

10:30 – 12:00: Discover the bustling Ben Thanh Market. Accompanied by your local chef, explore stalls filled with fresh produce, aromatic herbs, spices, and local specialties while learning expert tips on selecting quality ingredients.
