Hotel Pickup: Between 08:30 – 09:30 AM at your hotel in central Ho Chi Minh City.

09:45 – 10:45: Arrive at the iconic Ben Thanh Market. Stroll through this lively landmark with your guide and chef to discover fresh local produce, spices, and the vibrant energy of Saigon’s most famous market.

11:00 – 14:00: Participate in an engaging Vietnamese Cooking Class. Together with a professional local chef, you will shop for ingredients and learn to cook 3–4 signature Southern Vietnamese dishes. Enjoy your own creations as lunch.

14:45 – 16:00: Visit a charming Ancient House on the outskirts of the city. Explore this well-preserved heritage home and gain insights into traditional Vietnamese architecture, family customs, and historical lifestyle.
