The following items and services are not included in the tour package provided by Legend Travel Group:
International Flight Tickets to Ho Chi Minh City and from Phuket: Flights to Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) and from Phuket (Thailand) and any associated airport taxes are not covered.
Pre and Post Tour Accommodation: Accommodation before or after the tour is not included.
Beverages and Other Meals: Any meals or beverages not specified in the tour program (e.g., 17 breakfasts, 10 lunches, 2 dinners) are excluded.
Visa Fees to Vietnam and Thailand: Visa fees for Vietnam and Thailand, if applicable, are the responsibility of the traveler. For Vietnam, a passport must be valid for at least 6 months; tourist visas are required for most nationalities, with e-visas costing USD 25 for single entry or USD 50 for multiple entries (up to 90 days), or visa exemptions for some (e.g., 15-45 days for certain nationalities); travelers should verify requirements with the respective embassies. For Thailand, a passport must be valid for at least 6 months; tourist visas are required for most nationalities, with e-visas costing THB 2,000 (approximately USD 55) for single entry, valid for 60 days (extendable for 30 days); travelers from visa-exempt countries can stay for 30-60 days; travelers should verify requirements with the respective embassies. Overstaying in either country may result in fines, detention, or deportation.
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: Additional charges for early check-in or late check-out at hotels are not covered.
Massage and Spa Services: Massage and spa services are not included.
Travel Insurance: Travelers are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance. Comprehensive coverage is strongly recommended, including for medical emergencies and trip cancellations, as medical evacuation costs can reach six figures.
Personal Expenses: Costs such as laundry, telephone calls, shopping, or other personal expenditures are not included.
Tipping/Gratuities: Gratuities for guides, drivers, or other staff are at the traveler’s discretion and not covered. Tipping is customary in Vietnam and Thailand, with suggested amounts of USD 5-10 per day per person for guides in Vietnam and THB 200-500 (USD 6-15) per day per person for guides in Thailand, adjusted based on service quality.
Single Supplement Fees: Additional fees for single occupancy accommodations are excluded.
Unforeseen Expenses: Any additional costs due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters (e.g., typhoons, floods), flight delays, rescheduling, cancellations, accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes, or similar events, are not included. Medical evacuation costs can be significant, and travelers are advised to secure appropriate insurance.
