Continue to Ta Som, offering beautiful photo spots, especially at the rear entrance where tree roots adorn the gateway. Stop at the Akira Landmine Museum to learn about Cambodia’s modern history, deepening your understanding of the country’s ancient and recent past.
Drive 35 km from the Angkor area to the rural outskirts to visit Banteay Srei, a 10th-century temple dedicated to Shiva and the birthplace of Khmer classical architecture. Its pink sandstone structure features striking sculptures, lintels, pediments, and friezes, with details so fine it’s said to be carved by women. On the way back, stop at Pradark Village to observe villagers making palm sugar and handicrafts, offering insight into rural Cambodian life.

Cambodia Visa Fee: Visa fees, approved upon arrival at the airport or obtainable as an e-visa, are the responsibility of the traveler. A tourist visa costs USD 30 (approximately INR 2,498) plus a USD 6 processing fee for a 30-day single-entry stay.
