These Terms & Conditions apply to all travel services provided by Legend Travel Group, including tours, packages, and custom itineraries in Southeast Asia. They form a binding agreement between you (the traveler) and Legend Travel Group. We reserve the right to update these terms, with changes posted on our website.

• Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit (30% of the total cost, unless otherwise stated) and a completed booking form via our booking page.
• Amendments: Changes to bookings (e.g., dates, destinations) are subject to availability and may incur fees. Requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before departure.
• Accuracy: Travelers must provide accurate personal details (e.g., full name, passport number). Errors may result in additional costs.
• Group Bookings: For groups of 10+, special terms may apply. Contact us for details.

• Deposit: A 30% deposit is required at booking. Some tours may require a higher deposit.
• Final Payment: Full payment is due 30 days before departure. Late payments may result in cancellation without refund.
• Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. A 3% surcharge applies to card payments.
• Currency: Payments are in USD unless otherwise specified. Exchange rate fluctuations are not refundable.

• Traveler Cancellations:
  • More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus a $50 admin fee.
  • 30-60 days before: 50% of the deposit refunded.
  • Less than 30 days: No refund.
• Company Cancellations: If Legend Travel Group cancels due to insufficient participants or other reasons, a full refund or alternative tour will be offered.
• Non-Refundable Items: Flights, visas, or third-party services may not be refundable.
• Requests: Cancellations must be submitted in writing via info@legendtravelgroup.com.

• Documentation: Travelers must obtain valid passports, visas, and vaccinations. Check our Visa Navigator Hub for guidance.
• Health: Inform us of any medical conditions or dietary needs at booking.
• Behavior: Respect local customs and laws. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
• Travel Documents: Carry printed copies of bookings, visas, and insurance.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. It should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost luggage. Legend Travel Group is not responsible for losses without insurance. See our travel insurance guide for recommendations.

• Legend Travel Group acts as an agent for third-party providers (e.g., hotels, transport). We are not liable for their actions or omissions.
• We are not responsible for personal injuries, losses, or damages during travel, except where caused by our negligence.
• Itineraries may change due to weather, local conditions, or other factors. We will provide alternatives but are not liable for changes.

Legend Travel Group is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to unforeseen events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics. We will offer alternatives or refunds where possible, subject to our cancellation policy.
